Mould with Common Requirement: P20 Pre-hardened plastic mould steel (P20 American Standard, 1.2311 German Standard, 618 Sweden, 3Cr2Mo Chinese Standard)
Mould with a Little High Requirement: 718 super pre hardened plastic mould steel (P20+Ni American Standard, 1.2738 German Standard, 718 Sweden, 3Cr2NiMo Chinese Standard)

Corrosion-resistant plastic mould: If the plastics,using for injection, engender corrosive gas to corrode mould, choose M300 Corrosion-resisting steel (Austria) (3Cr17Mo Chinese Standard).It need mirror polishing while using.

Guide Pillar:20# (S20C) or 20Mn2B (SMn420). Treatment: Carburizing and quenching. Hardness is no less than 55HRC after treatment.
T8A,T10A: Treatment: surface hardening. Hardness is no more than 55HRC after treatment.
45# Treatment:hardening and tempering, surface hardening,and low temperature tempering. Hardness is no less than 55HRC after treatment.
Guide Sleeve: Brass H62 or Bronze Alloy
Bushing Block: 45#,50#,55#. Treatment: Surface hardening. Hardness is no less than 55HRC
Push Rod,Ejector Pin,Sprue Puller and etc.: T8,T8A,T10,T10A Treatment:quenching, low temperature tempering. Hardness is no less than 55HRC
